my (merkur) engine is german, my tranny is japanese, the only part of my driveline that is american is the rearend, but even the german fords have american rear ends i think, maybe no cuz they are IRS

c'mon guys, since it was built overseas and IMPORTED to the US, i think that is grounds to call it an IMPORT :surp:

I say import. But that because my car is a plymouth so im kinda in the same boat as him except my motor is mitsubishi so im atleast part import 4 sure.

Then, his car is domestic. it was built in n or s carolina or michigan or one of those places. My car, however was built in Germany, which of course, is not the place where we live.
