My dream... The "250sx" or "250S" whatever they wanna call it...

Nissan has some ideas for the "S16 chassis" that I've been hearing about locally, but nobody knows if it's going to happen for sure or not.

Basically it will be a 240sx with more HP and TQ , with the 2.5 litre out of the SER spec V but modified even more heavily for about 210 hp and 200 ft lb TQ...

If so I fuckin want one, 210 hp N/A when it is bone stock is going to be freaking awesome, especially with that much torque. :drool2:

Anyone else been hearing any more rumors or have heard anything at all?

hummm....... ive heard the same thing about a mkv supra since 2000? i heard that honda isnt aiming towards the younger crowd anymore. thats y they got rid of the the rsx??? i read it some where in C&D or motortrend. ome of those adult car mags. man how long has it been since the last s15 rolled ff the line in japan? maybe they're trying to repeat what they dont to the Z?? i hope to see it go into production and some kid can total one, so i can swapp out the ka for the new motor!!!!!!!!!!

S16? If so, not in America. (Nissan would advertise the crap out of it if so) The GTR is on the Nissan website now. If they're showing that, and it isn't supposed to be out for a few more years, fat chance of the S16 in America. If it did, I could see the QR25 going in it, the 2005+ 4cyl Frontiers have the QR25 RWD. The QR is supposed to be Nissan's new KA motor from what I've heard. Its supposed to be in quite a few cars...

A Toyota rep I've been talking to said that the Supra isn't going to happen, but I've heard a LOT about it... Not sure... (Toyota rep)

Oh, and the RSX is being replaced by a 2dr version of the TSX, to my understanding. (Honda Tuning)

Yeah, everyone also said that the GTR was going to come out under Infiniti, but its going to be Nissan.

i don't see nissan releasing a s16 in america or japan, espically with a 2.5 4cycl. making that kind of power. id rather see s15s actually come to america, they are by far the sexiest nissan evar.

I didn't mean the QR25 in Japan, I'm talking America. We always get the parts bin cars that are designed to be built cheaply... Isn't the S15 due for a model change? No way they're going to bring it over now.
