NWAI Cruisin

Me and cody(guitarplayer52) went and checked out the Lowell Sonic for the cruise night tonight. We got there around 5:50 only to find out that all there was, was a bunch of old hot rods and classics (and 2 pt cruisers). So our first thought was maybe we were early or maybe there's another sonic (cause we hardly ever go to Lowell). So we went down the road to the next sonic and no one was there. We decided to go back to the first Sonic (the one about a mile or less past the Lowell sign coming from Fayetteville) since it was past 6 by then. Again, just a bunch of hot rods and classics. So we start thinkin WTF!!! Where are all the imports?!? So we go back down to Fayetteville by way of what would be College Ave. in Fayetteville and checked every Sonic on the way in case someone decided to change the meeting spot cause of this classic car thing going on at the one in Lowell. We drove back and not a single import was out so we went back home where I am now posting this message wondering when/where there's gonna be an IMPORTS cruise night?? I want to cruise with a bunch of other imports like some Hondas, Mitsubishis, Nissans, Mazdas, etc. If that hot rod/classic car meet was the cruise night then it really wasn't for me. My car would definitely be out of place cruisin with them. So my real question is when's the cruise night for all the imports (and domestics as long as they're not a bunch of old classics)? Don't get me wrong, those hot rods were some nice cars but when's the meet for my kinda car? <_<

Lazarus went to the Sonic meet in Lowell too to pass out some fliers.. All it was was old classics and hot rods. Sooo.. drove around for a while and put some fliers on cars..

Too bad we didn't run into you. And Laz said, "I am NOT driving to Fayetteville." Gas is just too damn expensive now, and his ride sucks it up like crazy. <_<

But, anyways, I feel you. We need an organized cruise night. ^_^

Yeah, the cruise nights are mostly hot rods, but no reason we can't go out and show what we roll also. The one in Springdale is usually the biggest (2nd Sat of the month).

springdale is pretty big, just think about it, if we get most of us to show up, that will be plenty of imports, a nice little section

I'll plan to be at the 2nd Saturday cruise night in May...
I think that may be the best one to flaunt some importage.
