hey my name is Deric and i drive a 91 POS explorer lol. i have been on the site for a long time just never posted anything up here. just saying my offical hello. i usually post on the import and domestic forums. i am currently looking to get a 93-97 PGT (thanks to abrasive who has got me hooked on probes again.)

robert i'd loved to have another TA or a 5.0 but i would literally spend all my money on gas. i could barely afford it last summer and def. could not afford it this summer. robert you know if wal-mart is hiring?? i heard the garden center was. (that is part of the reason i can't afford one, no job = no money) oh and PGTs do kick ass. did you see the one that chad posted with the 9lbs of boost?? 12.9 in the quarter is haulin balls in a fwd car.

lol nice robert. i think i may have got a job at FFO (furniture factory outlet) 6.25 an hour, good hours, and lifting and stuff will help get me in shape. (cuz i NEED to get into shape lol)

that first one you posted has been listed by that same person a couple months ago :huh: but it def. one of the nicest stock ones around, even has factory equilizer, but no spoiler.

That first one is just damn clean. Looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Those rims, my god, so clean, so perfect.

That second one is a good deal too, I think. It's not bad condition. I'd definitely buy it. :thumbup:

the first 1 is super nice and my mom is going to texas in like june lol abrasive and i went and looked at a really really really nice 96 in fville. 108k miles, 5 speed, decent interior power everything. the guy said $4995 (which is bullshit if it is true). i am going down there friday with my dad to see if it is really that much. if so, screw that. oh yeah i got a job. i move furniture for FFO (furniture factory outlet) oh and for you PGT guys i have a ?. if you put a KLZE can it use the KLDE tranny and ECU or would you have to buy a diff tranny or a diff ECU or both??

I think you need a different ECU. Not sure on the tranny, but I think I remember someone saying you'd have to swap out as they don't bolt up.

Someone told me MX6.com has bulk buys where you can get the tranny + motor all shipped for around a grand.. Might be something to check into.

i am starting to like the MX6s too. if you find any of them locally (perfer private seller v6 5 speed) i would take one of those too lol.

I might be selling mine soon. $1,000. Clean. Hunter green with white stripe. Tan interior. 99,000 miles.

same transmission. you can use a DE ecu, most people do. the ZE one just runs it a little better due to fuel curves and timing. KLZE is the same engine "basically" so everything like the tranny, clutch, assesories are interchangeable. the disty is the only weird thing, can't remember why though.

oh and a ZE will not guarantee you 200hp either. there are factory freaks in ZE's and DE's. just the other day a stock 93 with over 100k dynoed 171whp on a DE, with just cai, and exhaust. some people only dyno 160whp on a ZE with more mods and 40k. other have gotten 180whp with the same mods. many people that buy them end up getting ripped off because they dont check the block and heads. someone just stuck MX6 stuff on it.

oh yeah, and MX-6's weigh 300lbs. less :thumbup:

started yesterday (4/20 lol no i didn't celebrate in any form) and work about 30 mins got paid for 4 hours (i was there 4 hours). worked today for 4 hours, moved 12 couches, 3 love seats, a big ass chest, couple of recliners, and put together 2 coffee tables. i like this job a lot acutally. some days are busy, some days aren't, but everyone is super nice and the money shouldn't be bad when i get paid.

PS keep your eyes open guys for a Probe GT or MX6 (v6, 5 speed, decent interior, decent paint.)
