My Firehawk is Totaled

Last Wednesday morning (4/9/04) I was driving alone in the rain on my way to work when I started to turn in a curve in the road and I lost control and slid off the road. I was actually only going 40-45 MPH (speed limit is 50MPH) but due to the low amount of tread left on my tires I lost control due to the slick road conditions. I was bleeding everywhere and my face was totally covered in my blood. The ambulance and police all came and they took me to the hospital . . .

That sucks but at least you arent too bad off. Didnt sound like you had more then cuts and bruises. Did you have full coverage on your car?

Omg that sucks so bad I loved that damn car....Im glad to hear you okay thou man But thats the second car that just makes me sick to se The FIREHAWK totaled that car was so clean and just badass. So are you looking to get another one or are you done with F bodies for good? Maybe a Z06????

wow man that sucks. my cousin's husbands family (i sound uber white trash there) owns a salvage yard. i think they may have got it. said the whole left side was messed up. man i was hoping it was you. he said red newer firehawk and the first thing i thought about was your car. i am sorry that happened man. i hope you get all healed up fast. I'm sorry to hear man. That really, really sucks.

Of anyone, I know your pain best. It really sucks to lose your pride and joy and ESPECIALLY when it's not your fault. I too have hydroplaned when it was raining heavily in my car and I was only going about 40 mph on the INTERSTATE and STRAIGHT at that. I did about a 1080 off a 45 degree embankment and it was nothing short of a miracle that I not only was alive and not injured, but also that my car made it out with very minimal damage. Your car was the cleanest F-body in NWA that I can think of and only about 1 of 3 Hawks at that. Again, you have my prayers and condolences. Hope you have a speedy recovery.

Holy crap, I just found this thread. I'm sorry man, but its good that you're ok. Its sad to see another nice NWAi car go down... but like its been said before, its better than seeing an NWAi member go down with it. My friend lost his 67 Mustang the same way, into a culvert and everything.

hey Triepsyn...you could put my dads truck up there too...i was parked in the locamotion parking lot and somebody hit it and left. it did 1,500 of damage to the bed of the truck. boy was i :angry:
