i went and looked at a new standard cab Colorado today :o

black, stock 17x8s, ZQ8 suspension package, 5-spd, 220hp/225tq stock inline 3.5L 5cyl

i want one soooo bad

with a nice drop, ram-air hood, custom grill and a roll pan i couldnt be happier, maybe some 20's :D

can ya'll see me pimpin that thing?

i priced one online with all the options i could want for $19,600, not too shabby, the next step down in power is thr 2.8 inline 4 at 175hp, thats the size of my engine (almost) minus 2 cylinders plus 35hp, that is what one would call depressing :(

I'm excited to see the new Colorado's too. One thing you'll have to realize Patrick, you can't beat technology. Heck, in 1989, even the N/A 300ZX was one of the fastest (40K and less) cars on the road. Now look, you have to have a modded TT to have any respect from anyone it seems like. It's technology. As time goes on, more power will be extracted from less displacement.

yah, its funny cuz the engine i have is what was in the Ranger GT and the Saleen Ranger, no mods were done to either engine

i've never been a huge fan of silverados, just cuz there are SO many of em, but the colorado would be the next "little thing" :P considering its taking over the S-10, honestly i hate the look of all the colorados except the sport models with the ZQ8 package
