Where to host a video?

I made a little 15 second video with my digital camera. My friend cant get it and he's one who can host it. But where can I got that possibly gives free hosting?

What file extension is it?

I can host it for a period long enough for him to download it if it is a file extension that I am allowed through my SP...

Can't you just email it to him though?

What are the Dimensions? if its really small like 320x320 then I would figure its around a Meg or 1.5mb. I could link it for a short period as well if its around 2mb or so. Anything larger will reduce bandwidths too much.

I mis-read that before, you can upload it to my FTP and let him download it from there or I can put it in the HTML directory and give you a link.
