I'll spraypaint your hood black for $15. Hahaha, Hey, if you're interested in a CF hood, let me know. I want to get a big order together so we can all get discounted shipping and handling. Thanks guys!

Good luck with a CF hood when it gets chips in it. You can't paint it like you can a regular hood. After a year of getting it all chipped out, you'll regret getting it :o

Its not that bad w/ the CF hood..... Jimmy(sleeper) and I are thinking CF Hood and Trunklid for his car. :D

I don't think the CF hood necessarily detracts from the sleeper look...
And it DOES have positive attributes...have you ever actually lifted a CF hood on a '92-'95 civic and then lifted the stock one...DEEEEAMN, it's like removing the backseat AND passenger seat (not really, but it feels that way).
I was thinking that the only way to get one for the CL was to get a '98-'02 Honda EX CF hood and PRAY that it fit right, and then I saw this (http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/380744).
He said he had to highly modify it to get it to fit right. THey MAY have CF hoods a little more readily avail. for the CL now, I don't know, but for what it's worth, I don't think I'd bother.
Plus, with the color of my car, I'd have to have gunmetal wheels and a CF wing for it to be balanced and look right...yes, I do have style when it comes to the ride...ask BDP..I've got vision, damnit!.

I like the CF hood. I'm going to stick w/ the OEM style though, nothing too exotic.

I view a sleeper as a stock bodied car, even rims for the 'true sleeper' look. So, to me a CF hood would take away from the sleeper look...
