VW Vortex is a good forum! I have a Mk IV VW and I am in that forum. There are a lot of people that can answer any questions you have. And for mods I would check out www.ABDracing.com

very cool, im calling about this red GTI in rogers today, hopefully gonna check it out after work. my probe is now out of commission, i apparently threw a bearing out lol.

so whats the story on the red gti? is it 16v 8v?? what year?

its an 1989 8v with a messed up proportioning valve. its alright exterior/interior wise, my dad said it ran fine.
