This is kinda just one of those things to think about....when you hear sleeper do you think of a civic hb or some other really beat up car that looks stock on the outside?? So technically those wouldnt be sleepers anymore would they??? I mean if everybody tries to make them look stock on the outside? Also be on the look out for a Green hatch in springdale/fayettville...he will have an h22 pretty soon....also a sleeper ;)

Well i'll have to give myself a pat on the back on this subject and say i had one of the best "sleepers" around. 94 Buick Park Avenue Ultra. 3.8 v6, eaton supercharger running 10lbs of boost and a 75 shot of NOS. I wasnt running no dinky 5lb bottle either. 15lbs baby. And the heater was always on and pressure was always on 1100. Sometimes i carried a spare 15lb bottle. I still to this day dont know which is worse, getting beat by a 4door Park Avenue or a Neon.
Who else has a real sleeper?

Sleeper from Pawn USA knows some dude with a beat up, ratty looking accord, that has an H22 or something. Some crazy motor, I don't know anything about Hondas, just Mazdas. But yeah, I saw the pics of it, and I wouldn't have expected something that crazy. :o

Sleeper has a pretty good sleeper :D.
A friend of mine used to have a Jackson supercharger on a Honda Civic Wagovan (the 4dr hatchback). Completely stock body (Honda factory rim upgrade) and it has a bike rack on the back of it too. It was pretty dang quick. AWD with a supercharged D16A6 (same as CRX/Civic Si's) and he was able to get the tires to chirp ^_^.

See, that's where people mess up...
If someone says "I've got a neon/park avenue that will take you", I don't sit there and say "BULLSHIT!!"... I ask what's running...you don't wanna say, I probably don't want to race.
The whole concept of sleepers has been played out now...there are plenty of people out now that are "ricing" their cars out looks-wise, but are ACTUALLY running 12 sec. qtrs on the street (less on track) and people think they're all-show-no-go...anymore, THAT'S a sleeper.
Besides, 2quickforu, I don't sit here thinking a neon can beat me...
I sit here thinking a Turbocharged 2.0ltr 4cyl with some mods can beat my all-motor 2.3ltr 4cyl with some mods.
Sounds QUITE different, doesn't it?
And to this day, a Buick Park Avenue will not beat my car...
But a "3.8 v6, eaton supercharger running 10lbs of boost and a 75 shot of NOS" will. ;)

I don't know man, if you name off all of the sleepers around NWA, their secret will be out. And they'll credit it to the NWAi forums. <_<
 Sleeper, well, he made his just a little obvious.
He has a nice ride though.

Yeah, but the indented "SHO" on the bumper is pretty big. Unless you get a replacement bumper with no "SHO" on it.

i guess you would call my camaro a sleeper, although most camaros arent. i dont have Z28 badges on it, nor do i have the Z28 OEM kit or wing. also, it is the older model with the inset headlights. however, i cant drive it on the streets, so i guess it wouldnt fit in any of these categories as a sleeper.
although... no one at the track knows what we have. :P

the only sleeper i've seen on the road is some red, ratty-ass S10 blazer...
WATCH OUT..
dunno if you guys have seen the monte carlo that runs around fayetteville all the time, it's pretty damn quick...low-mid 12's probably... but i saw this s10 completely blow the doors off of it... we were like "wow"...
he has some serious work done too it

Well, my friend with the Wagovan sold the JRSC to me over the summer, so his car isn't fast anymore . So its ok if I blow his cover.
Sleeper's sleeper () is posted on this site where people can see, and also on CarDomain. BTW, I left you a little message on your page Sleeper.
hmmm, I got a 17 second sleeper?
J/K
I think i've heard that Red s-10. I dunno if it was the same one, but it had some crazy v8 and sounded like open headers. There is that black blazer in Rogers with the MSD all over it. His sounds pretty good, I tried it in my Talon but it didnt seem too fast. He has this big motor with no gears to back it

Well, then, I already knew who you are and what you had. You ran into someone recently and told them what you had and they told me. I didn't realize that you were bigfoot, though. Well, what's goin' on!
