User GALLERY?

What do you guys think about having a user gallery for uploading car pics and such. Since NWAImports.com wont allow us to use uploading in the Forum CGI - and its too much of a hassle to keep moving files around - I figured we could just use my server for this.

Each User would have to get me or Triepsyn to Make them an account tho, they wont be allowed to just create an account. It will be pretty simple, but they can upload from their desktop to different albums and such.

There seems to be a fair amount of options available in this version, it came with my new linux upgrade. I have installed a 10GB drive and there's plenty of room....

So gimme your feedback.

(Keep in mind this would still be part of NWAImports so it cant end up being a porn gallery type of thing :P, any type of offensive content would just be deleted.)

Sounds cool. Just a suggestion though, www.cardomain.com gives out free pages. I have my car on there. We could just have a page that has links to everyone's personal car page and maybe a thumbnail. But whatever works.

I think its a good idea. I used you server to upload some of my pics of my car.

I know :P, it was hacked and went down. Luckily I had just backed up the whole hard drive on my Laptop, so its back, just took a while to copy all needed files over. Precautions are setup to protect against intruders, I left security areas weak.

Since the new install of linux and new drive (cause of drive damage do to hackers) I went ahead and started a Gallery section. Hopefully my bandwidth will be suitable for a gallery :unsure:
