Hey Solo, not to get on your case, but its not like you've never reved up on anyone. And we knew that we wouldn't win, even if he did want to race. Its just fun to do, to make fun of ourselves I guess. Its a little different when someone has a Civic with a body kit and "street glows" reving up at someone in a respectably fast car, even though you know that they won't race because they're 60.

There was a Grand Cherokee that ran 15.0 at MoKan. On a good day, that Cherokee could take your Accord. - No hard feelings man, I'm just kinda tired right now.

Well when you have a car thats that quick, you don't usually rev up on people, other people rev up on you. I don't know man, I don't think "we" have a reputation worse than we already deserve. Street racing isn't the safest and most honorable thing to do. Besides, when we were in the Cherokee, its not like we were putting $100 down. Its just all in good fun.

I was out at Turbo Supply in Joplin on 7th street at midnight, there was about 20 cars out there. I thought there would be some major players up there but the fastest car was a camaro, dont know what year or anything, all i heard mentioned was LT1 and slicks. The other guys who were just behind him was 2 wrx's with 65 shots. But it was cool to meet some new people, and i learned a new hangout location other than just cruising main and messing with people. I seen some guys in a white S-10 with traction bars and wide tires, sounded like a cammed 350 so i asked him if he wanted to race and he said, "yeah right, you got a turbo". I asked what he had. He said 383 stroker. I was like :o , dude i have a 4 cylinder. But i didnt want to be rude so i said alright kewl.

Is anyone going to Mokan Sunday? Im trying to get a bunch of stuff done but if i get even part of it i'll try to go.

Well, I was out last night, in F-ville, cruising College. I saw NOBODY!!
There was the white Eclipse from rogers that's kitted, but is currently missing a front bumper, that chump in the white SHO that says RICE KILLA on the windshield :rolleyes: , and a blue Si that my brother-in-law thinks MIGHT have been Juan, but I never confirmed it. Other than that, I didn't recognize any other car on the road, except that Chevelle that's ALWAYS cruising, usually with the F-bodies.

I did get in quite a few "squirt" races...these are defined as races where you pretty much just race through 2nd gear and then drop off. I'll throw those in "Import Bragging".
But other than that, I went up and down College 3 times and up and down Dickson once and didn't see anyone.

usually we end up crusin or somethin till we find some people but everybody was at sonic in fayettville right by panda. if you ever drive by and see a whole bunch of cars youll know where to stop. I guess thats pretty much the spot we will start meetin up at again..last night was like the first night of this year there were a lot of ppl out and that we went street racing. it was about 67° outside when we came home at about 4, if there are very many weekends like that then there will be people out a lot. I guess we will be at sonic again tonight at around 9 or 10 or so. I guess if anybody goes we'll see you out. :thumbup:

I saw the car you were in. I know which one you are talking about now. I don't know why they would tell you they didn't "race" me because they did. Twice. Once from a 40 roll and once from a 50 roll. That's why we pulled over in the first place. I wanted to talk to him and ask him what he had done becuase I had heard of his civic but it was my first time to see it since I go to school in Arkadelphia and I'm not here much.

I have no reason to make up some story about me racing some hatch civic. I was in NO way trying to brag or start anything, only stating that I thought his car would have been faster only weighing 2300 lbs and having about 175 flywheel HP. If they seriously told you they didn't race me then he was simply ashamed of losing or just didn't want to admit to it.

He had to go to the shop tonight to tear down his motor and passed out at his house soon after.

Saturday night he was out all night passing out fliers.

I'm sure he will be back on regularily Tuesday or so. As well as I.

All of these new software upgrades are taking alot of time out of me. I just code, drink soda, code, drink soda, sleep, code.. It's quite boring. No time for anything.

Hopefully this will be our last software upgrade. :huh:

and holy crap, karen looked absolutely amazing, my mom took a pic of my face as she was coming down the stairs, i wish i could host it somewhere but it looked sorta like this> :o it was like a friggin dream, can y'all tell i am quite smitten?

We got the whole house painted...and I mean the WHOOOOLE house (interior). The only things that didn't get coated were the bathrooms and closets. We also moved the shed onto concrete slab, got a new fridge, new range (electric with the smooth top...cause we BALLIN!! lol). The new carpet went in today.
