what is all done to the motor?

This is the motor out of my old SOHC race hatch, needs a good home. With proper fuel management and a new block(easy to find, they are a dime a dozen), this setup will do mid 11's again.

So what all comes with it for $2900?? Just the motor/turbo setup? With a bad block??

The problem with the block is the outer head stud threads have been helicoiled, the block just needs replaced.
