First thing first...I need to find a website that will let me purchase the engine; also I need to get an ecu. Also if anybody has done this before please tell me of any problems that you have encountered. I would appreciate the any help given.

Are you wanting to do the labor yourself? I can get you the H22a from someone locally(tulsa), if you are interested, PM Humble on this forum, he is the owner of Humble Performance, he can get you whatever you wish! (He's got 4 h22's or more sitting around his shop now!)

Yes, H22's are vtec. I would recommend having a professional install done, the shift linkage for the H22 is completely different than that of the D series motor, and its a bitch to put in. I'd highly recommend considering having it professionally done.

I just want to say that I hate you assholes, you 96civic dude, and that girl with the car at Humble Performance with all the bullshit on her car and a TC'd H22 that is going in..
I hate you because I want that damn engine and I don't see me affording the engine, let alone the down time on my car, ANYWHERE in the near future.
Now, let me say that I have been drinking tonight, and I don't really hate you. In actuality, I'm quite jealous, and applaud your choice of hardware...
:gold:
If you'll look back at the forum (I'm not sure where in the hell it is) about what we want for Christmas, you'll notice that, between my VAFC, and the neverending list of cars I will probably NEVER own, just short of winning the lottery, you'll see that my "unrealistic" wish was a TC'd H22...
:(
Again, I don't really hate you, but I do, again, applaud your choice of modifications, and I hope the swap goes smoothly and the results are all that you wished, and more.
Now I'm gonna go cry myself to sleep...
j/k...I'm not THAT bad... :D
Ok I am... :(
j/k.

If you were talking to me, Hell Ya, dude, you've been more than cool to me, and everyone, trying to hook everybody up with what they need.
It'd be tight to get "shitty"...I can think of quite a few of us that need to be involved in that...
No drama, just a good, clean, (probably drunk), NWAImports.com "get-together"...imports...domestics...doesn't even matter...just the entire crew gettin' together and plenty of introductions...that'd be tight. (DING!!! LIGHTBULB...IDEA!!!)

DAMN, I'm freakin' LOVEY on Rum, man....GEEEEEEEEEEZ!!!!

That does sound like a good idea...It would be tight as hell if we could all get together and meat and all of that b/s...but i dont see it happening (atleast for me) in the near future...plus it is too damn cold outside to do anything....

I can get you the motor and everything that you might need to make the swap possible. My advice is that if you have never done it , it is a pain in the butt. There is alot of work involved in doing thid swap. We have done more than 4 or 5 of this particular swap in the last couple of weeks and doing another one right now. If you need the parts and want us to install it or do it yourself , however I will help you out as much as I can. Let me know . . .
