okay, so I've been searching for some wheels for the winter and for the dragstrip next season. well found them I have. They need to be cleaned and I was worried about the offset...but they should work. if anybody was wondering they came off a Bonneville SSE, which, while I was taking the wheels off of it I noticed...that the SSE's really are a sweet car. got almost more gadgets than mine does.

here's a few pics

well, they're just my winter wheels...they're not my purdy wheels...just the lightweight rims for the track. and the wheels that can get dirty in the winter and I won't care :)

my winter wheels were going to be the stock chrome 15's but now i'm thinking the mustang GT 16's i had on my black truck (R.I.M rest in mexico) they have taller tires in the back and are brand new with deep tread, the 15s make better burnout tires (loud as all ghetto)

You wimps need to get some chevy durability goin on. My rims have been enduring winters(mostly minnisota winters) since 1995 and they are still blingin' without a single mark on them. :2thumbsup:

There is no need to switch wheels during the winter, just hose them off after you drive where there might be road salt and they will be fine(remember salt dissolves in water).

Cleaned em up today and test fitted them on today...I think they're gonna look good once I get a full set. here's a few more pics.

i'd rather not risk curb checking my Cobra R's due to lowprofile summer tires
