First run of the day I ran an 11.5 @ 93.8 w/ a 2.20 60ft, my best time before this was a 12.15 @ 91 w/ a 2.3x 60.

I did great, and had plenty of room to improve it was 4:30 and I lined up for my second run.

I broke my serpentine belt tensioner on the run.


bought and installed a new one, it lasted 2 blocks.


Dunno what's goin on but it ain't good.

Was that in the 1000ft. ? I use to work for BMW of NWA and Jim Jard VW i think I overheard one of the mechanics talking about a problem with the crank pullys on the 03s you might get that checked out.

I have a l/w eurosport pulley on there.

yeah, snapping motor mounts like twigs... on the stock turbo even.

it would have to be in the 1000ft,unless he has weight reduction,k04 upgrade,abp chip,exhaust,and some other serious upgrades

In MOST cases, 11.9+ in the 1/4 mile would have a trap speed of over 100mph...

hahahahaa, an 11.9 in the 1/4 is ALWAYS over 100 unless the drag car breaks and has to coast down the track.

I have not forgot about you and your jetta ricky rockstar --- I am going to try to make it to the feb 13,2005 c'ville event .. If I get my car back and ready in time ---
how about a little test n tune ---- I really need to work on some things before tulsa so if you have the time and the car is running good then come on down to c'ville......

I think that actually will be a good event anyway ..... a buntch of peps will be there :maliwho:

spikes @ 21-22psi

holds at 17-19psi in 93 octane program

I think the lightweight flywheel helps a bunch but it kinda sucks when you try to track it -- mine makes my car die all the time ....

lol. not mine, factory was 28lbs, this is 14lbs, it's a single mass instead of the dual.... just a great mod all around.
