What Tires?

I need new tires for my car. I dont really have enough money to spend on getting the top dollar Z rated tires. What would be some good tires for around 100-120 a tire mounted. the size i want is 245/45/16 but i can go with 225/50/16. Some help and suggestions would be appreciated.

Toyo T1-S or Yokohama. I've heard talk about the new Nitto Neo-Gen tires, and they suck. I dunno though.
