Just a little bit of info on the Mazda B3000 drop... For referance the Mazda B3000 sits on the Ford Ranger Edge & 4X4 Frame making it Torsion bar front suspension and Leaf springs in the rear with a 2" Optional factory suspension lift on my pickup (no my truck is NOT a 4X4!).. We lowered The rear end by doing an axel flip that was done by fliping the rear axel above the leaf springs and using shocks for a '95 ford ranger.. Traction bars were also added for awesome looks and great functionality.. The front drop was done by simply removing the torsion bar adjusters and fliping them upside down and busting knuckles in the process.. Also will be adding '95 Ranger shocks on the front.. The total suspension drop is 5" front and 7" rear and makes for a really nice looking stance on the pickup giving it that mini truck look :maliwho: .. All the rear end work was done by myself (Sleepertec), Redshark_tibby, Jet-Lee, Rotary Power, and Teggy_tech... Thank you for your help guys! We're gunna be droping Teggys Teg pretty soon as well and we have some other plans for droping a few other rides in the near future :D ... If anyone needs any informatin on droping an Exploder, Ranger Edge, Ranger 4X4, Mazda B3000, or anything else that the ranger 4X4 frame hold up drop me a line.. I have tons of info on doing it.. Heres a pic of the rear axel after the flip..

now you need some bigger rims to take up all the wheel well space

Yeah, I'm thinking 16's or maybe 17's.. I really don't like really big rims.. I guess some 17's would look nice but I'll haveta see what they'll look like first..

Keep in mind that this truck sits on a 4X4 frame and has 4X4 suspension.. with this much of a drop to this paticular truck it sits at a lowered stance and will scrape the ground pretty easy.. if you were to do a 5 / 7 drop on lets say a nissan hardbody you would be sitting on the ground a lot more than my truck due to the 4 wheel drive style frame.. but it is low... the cross member for the torsion bars sits close to 4" from the ground to give you a good idea.. and my traction bars are maybe 5" from hitting... I'm thinking of lowering the body mounts next because I still have 2" - 3" rubbers in the body mounts.. it's a project :maliwho:
