Okay the first day it started raining there were huge puddles and i forgot to take off my cold air intake like a jackass. So i sucked up a bunch of water in my engine. The idle is messed up real bad. it keeps surging and sometimes shuts down. When i take off my MAF it runs fine but only goes up to 2500 rpm before it cuts out. but when i put it on it starts surging again. Could anyone help and maybe tell me what i can do.

ouch man, i dont know if you can do anything bout it, you should have gotten a By-pass valve from AEM for your cold air intake, thats what i did and i havent had a problem in the rain, which is good cuz the filter is like 4 inches from the ground, but call CSE and talk to vegas to see if your engine is still salvegable

ok take off your oil filter and start your engine. Let it run for 5 min and put it back on. If this doesn't fix your problem take your oil filter back off and your vavle cover(s). Now start your engine and give it a few good revs. If anyone is dumb enough to try this you shouldn't ever be able to touch a car.

Hahahaha You're gonna fuck this guy up. Haha

WD40 the shit out of it. WD is for "Water Displacement", it will dilute the water.

Don't get water in your block again. Too much water will throw a rod. Trying to compress water is much different than compressing a gas. It will not compress. Instead, it will bend a rod or throw a rod through your block....

So should i just spray it in my intake while i got it revved a little bit?
