NorthWest Arkansas Imports is a website dedicated to the local import performance of NW Arkansas. Because we believe its not only about the cars, but the community behind it.
I'd cordially like to welcome you to NWAi, whether you're an import owner, domestic owner, or simply an enthusiast. We honor all forms of speed. :thumbup:
Before you begin posting on the forum, we'd like you to make a new thread introducing yourself in the "Introductory Threads" or by adding to the "NWAi Roll Call." Either/or, its your choice. We just would like to know who you are.
When signing up, you agreed to our Terms of Service. By this, it is an online agreement to our rules & regulations. The Terms of Service page is updated frequently, so you might want to check in and read some of the rights you may or may not know you have. Below is general guidelines to follow...
1. Descrimination
This forum is here to display the free-flowing of information. Whether you're discussing rims, paint schemes, or a local meetup, opinion or quotations must be made in a mature and caring fashion. As the perception of mature and caring is up solely to the person whom you're asking, know your limits first by reading other messages and their responses. Administrative actions occuring from any post made is up to the discretion of the administrator whom is viewing it. There are four administrators, thus making each point of view a little differently, making a better overall judgement. Offenders will generally receive a warning verbally or in the form of the "WARN feature". After 10 warnings, you will be banned from this forum. Remember, actions against you will be at the descrimination of the administrator putting forth the well-being of other members and this board itself.
2. Harassment
Going along with the "Descrimination Guidelines", any harassment of another NWAImports.com member or staff, is strictly prohibited. Do not make posts that you feel might or will incite an argument, or continue an argument. Defamatory statements against a member, company, any person alive or dead or against this site will result in a warning or complete banning, counting on the severity of the comment made. Banishment may ensue. Point blank: If we don't like what was said, it or you is gone.
3. Commercial Material
Commercial or promotional materials posted on the forum or in signatures is prohibited. If it is an obvious traffic-stealing signature or post, it will be deleted. Remember, we spend money on advertising, and we do not do it so that others may steal traffic without paying for advertising first. However, this is up to the sole discretion of the administrator whom is dealing with the offender.
4. Classified Sales
NWAImports.com is not responsible for any items being sold in the classified section. This is a free service by nwaimports.com allowing for the ease of automotive related transactions between members of nwaimports.com. We do not offer validity of any items nor do we distribute any claims.
5. Administrators
If an administrator contacts you via pm, email, or within a thread, do not take it as a personal attack. They are here to make sure the NWAi forums are kept compliant with the rules, and may offer suggestive advice. If they feel that you have an unacceptable attitude whilst being a member, they may make a suggestion, if you are rude or unruly to their respective response, it may result in warning or even banishment from the site. Remember, being an administrator is hard work, give 'em a break.
