i havea 01 silverado 1500 4.3 V6 i am wanting to know how much HP it hames i think around 200 mabey a lil more and also i want to get exaust i am thinking flowmaster and also the truck came with 235-65-r16 but it has 265-75-r16 i want to go to some low profile tires but dont know what to get please help me with this

is it 2wd or 4wd?

Put some sort of massive v8 in it like a 454 or something.

its 2 WD and i want to kepp the stock motor in it there is no need to but a 454 in it now the motor is fine i dont want to make it fast just want to make it look/sound better ??????

Tire Size Markings
The tire size shown below is P185/60R14 82H. The P represents the car type, Passenger. The 185 represents its section width (tire width in mm). The 60 is the tires Aspect Ratio (the ratio of the sidewall height to the tread width). The R represents radial tire construction. The 14 represents the rim/wheel size and 82H represents the load index and speed symbol.
