A shiftkit is made to HELP it shift correctly for your driving habits.. The stock setup is not efficient for people that have modifications from stock form.. A shiftkit WILL NOT hurt your car, and if it does, sue the company for marketing a shoddy product.. :)

shift kits actually prolong the life of you tranny, if it shifts slower & smooth, that is more friction and more heat, fast and hard is like not having to use the clutch on a 5spd (truck driver style), you'll never wear it out
