Alright I figured I'd post this as a review type thing but because I work there I would understand if it got deleted?/ or posted in another sectIon. I am just sick of hearing people getting screwed by banks! If you need an actual BANKER come and see me across from zaxby's. Like most banks we have rules I cannot bend and everybody will make a mistake at one point or another but I can promise you the service you get will be far superior to others, period..... I have been in banking for years and if you want someone you can come to that will remember your name and go 2 extra miles for you, please come talk to me and let me show you the difference between arvest/bofa/ and others. I'm not intending to put anyone out, I worked for arvest and left on good terms, believe me if you don't feel like you belong in the first 2 mins your there, turn around and walk out! There are banks that are great at online services(arvest) and b of a does a ton of mortgages like arvest so sometimes it's hard not to do business w them but I can tell you our service and knowledge is amazing! Every teller at the counter can open accts/ answer q's you'd otherwise have to wait on ppl to help you with. Plus little things like call you if you don't have enough in ur account before returning items, go ask another bank that and see what they tell you. Everything is free, cards, online, only fee you get is obv the overdraft if you go neg. I just wanted to reach out and invite anyone that has banking q's or needs anything to talk just ask me. Let's face it banks make money off your money don't let them screw you around! Even if you have q's pm me n I'll answer them, I'll help you even if you don't wanna move banks! I'm not trying to drum up business just letting you know I am here for those that are sick of banks pissing you off :thumbup:
