Car show In Fort Smith.

Hey. Just wanted to let everybody know about the car show this Saturday the 24th in Fort Smith at Ben Geren Park. Admission is free to the public. So who wants to go? I know I'll be there.

yea, I think most of (or at least 10 or 15 of us) members have hella plans this comming weekend. If I can get time, I wouldnt mind driving to Fort Smith since I've only been there a few times after Centerville trips.

What kind of cars are gonna be there? (maybe this has been posted before?)

pam(satx_racer) said its free to get in. as for what time we're gonna laev. probly around 10 am. but if your gonna be out tonight, come and say hi, and we'll set up an exact time and where to meet.

Well, everybody is meeting at my apartment in the morning at about 0930. if you don't know where i live, meet up with anthony and you can follow him to my place.

ok, for thoughs of you that didnt get to go, pam got some some vid of some realy nice cars, includeing, viber, a nice honda that i even :drool: over, and of course the rice. only thing is, we ended up over at a gocart track that kicks ass. they only got 2 traks, but like i said, they were bad ass. the main trak they use, they run the single cars and the 2 seater at the some time. but when you run the adult you cant run the other car of course. now they don feel very fast, but its not the speed that gets you, its the drifting. the track is a slick seament with a lil baby powder sprinkaled on. :yes: so more or less, its a drifting track. plus if you wanted, you can run the track in the opasit direcktion. now as for the other track, you'll just have to wate till we can get the vid put up here. but i will tell you right now that you have to be 16 to ride the adult cars, and 18 to drive the BIG car. we are definetly need to have a cook out down there some time, and ride the carts while were there. all in all we had a grate time despite all the rain we got going down and comeing back. :2thumbsup: :supra:

We used to have ARImport meetings at those go karts. We tried to rent the track for the last cookout but they wouldn't open on Sunday.

No, I've never seen them actually have that track open. I have ridden similar "big" carts on a nicer track in Dallas and it was bitchin.
