View Full Version : Anything that needs looked into
Long time no see all! I've been busy this month - HELLA and havent been online very much at all. I had a bad problem in my O/S and spent a long time looking for a non scratched XP Pro copy to reinstall my system.
Anyway,
I am off work tomarrow and Tuesday and dont feel like doing anything except reading scripts, so if there are anything you guys can find wrong on the forum or site that needs to be updated or changed/fixed... let me or Trippy know.
The Host still doesnt know why we get "Mail Error" all the time so I still can't fix that but will look into it.
I was suppose to meet with someone from the forum to work on their car last weekend or so but I never saw them or talked to them... so if it was you - then I apologize for us not hooking up then. Hope the car is better

Maybe (fingers crossed) the nightmares are over with the CGI servers.
We now have the few cgi problems that we know about fixed. The cgi
server is back online this morning after a rough night of making a few
upgrades to fix the issues that we know about.
We have spent the past month working a separate server so as not to
affect your cgi scripts and the production cgi server. We have tested the
installation and configuration many times before deciding that we had a
solid configuration that we could install for the cgi server. The
upgrade is now complete.
Of course we do not believe that this will end the saga but we do
believe that everything that we know about is fixed. Please test your site
and let us know of any problems that you find. No changes have been made
to any of your scripts and you should not have to make any changes
either.
From what I can tell, the "MAIL ERROR" is not popping up on me, if anyone else has an issue with it please report it to an Admin.
Thanks
I have also had reports that the forum has to be scrolled from left to right to see the edges when viewed in 800x600 screen resolution.
This is because of the photo at the top of the forum, This one (http://www.nwaimports.com/Random/Triepsyn/logo4.gif) but it will be fixed as soon as the new forum mods are complete.
Sorry for any inconveniences!

Yeah it was down for me all day too. Our host didn't email us saying it would be down, either, so it kind of freaked me out. :ninja:

I know I know.. Imagine how we feel.. Owning the site and the forum being down so much. <_<
Check out the thread John posted.
Anything new you guys have problems with or that need to be fixed?
Both Triepsyn and I will be gone for a week or so next week helping peeps move and will be unable to perform maintainance to the forum/site.
both of us should still most likely be around a computer just not our usual software.
