The plan: 2007 GMC Canyon extended cab
Solder rca connections from the stock head unit
2 Fultron power reference 6 1/2" w/directional tweeters for the front doors
2 Fultron surface mount tweeters for the A pillars
2 6 1/2" what evers for the rear doors
1 JL Audio 8" downfiring box sits between rear seats
Alpine V12 - MRV F303 - 4/3/2 amp
Fultron MX150 amp
Not sure how to arrange the amps for optimum performance or if I even need them both?
Any input?
Thanks B)

Your MX-150 is 75Wx2. Your V12 is roughly 40Wx4.
Off the top of my head, I'd say...
Get a line output converter for $20.
Bridge the MX-150 for the subwoofer.
Parallel (+ to + and - to -)a tweeter with a 6.5 2-way, but mount it high since the others will be mounted low. Run each 6.5 to its own channel on the F303.

you are correct. Whats a line output converter?

Line Output Converter: Device for converting a powered (or amplified) signal into a pre-amp line level (or non-powered) signal
It's so you don't overload the inputs on your amp causing distortion and/or damage.
They also usually divide out a subwoofer channel to pull from.

Dont forget crossovers for the seperate tweeters.
The coax have them built in, but you need one for each of the surface mount.
