the car ran fine yesterday. i started it this moring and it had very poor/rough idling(68,000 miles ), it would rev up in neutral but was very rough below 2000 rpms. in gear, motor rpms were very rough thoughout the rpm range. engine light came on with intermittent/flashing display. changed spark plugs and ignition coils. now, runs great. ignition coils are decently priced (about $40.00 ea. and NGK plugs were around $19.99 ea.) you could run a diagnstics to see eactly which cyl. has the misfire or possibly use infared themometer on each coil to identify which one is malfunctioning. diagnostics are about $70.00 so i figured i might as well change all of the coils for that price and mileage on the vehicle. hope this helps if anyone has similar problems
